In 2009 I presented my Master’s research findings at the IUFRO Tree Biotechnology International Conference in Whistler, British Columbia.

Since joining the team at the UBC Pulp and Paper Centre, my areas of research include low consistency refining, pulp screening, laboratory testing of various pulp properties, handsheet making and testing, and mechanical pulp brightening.

At PACWEST Conference 2013 at Sun Peaks, British Columbia, I presented my work on the Pulp and Paper Centre’s Low Consistency Refining Facility.
