Srabon Salim

Srabon Salim, PhD, MBA, PEng, PMP, CMRP, MLA, joined the centre on May 2012 after completing his PhD in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Sheffield (2009-2012). Dr. Salim completed his PhD thesis in the shortest recorded time (19 months as opposed to an average of 48 months) in his department with 95% scores in his PhD modules. He completed his Master of Engineering from The university of Tokyo with the highest distinction in 2004.

His research interests include, but not limited to, turbulent flow and control, aerodynamics, experimental fluid dynamics, asset maintenance & reliability, product & process design and low consistency refining.
